Sam Stevens is a data scientist with a focus on applying quantitative analysis to inform policy and operational decision-making. He is currently a Higher Statistical Officer in the UK Civil Service and holds a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Manchester. Within the GEMMH project, he led the programme development of the Cost Calculator tool and contributed to research activities at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
